  4. I think he (Coach Scott) had one too many "nips." Seriously, these video pep talks are clever, witty, with real, purposeful tips tucked in. Now I know why I loved Julie Andrews -- not only for her musical skill, but also her teaching prowess. Who would've known had it not been for your research and presentation. Thanks again, Scott!

  5. How do you solve a problem like a lit coach?
How do you help a colleague from getting down?
How do you find a word that means inspiring?
Give teaching tips, a joke from the hip, and clown!

Many a thing the lit coach wants to tell them.
Many a thing they ought to understand.
But how do you make them stay
And listen to all you say
How do you lend your colleagues a helping hand?

Oh, how do you solve a problem like a lit coach?
Just pause to hear Scott Riley's wisdom and . . .

Ugh. Parodies can only take you so far, and then you need to listen to the real deal. That would be you, Mr. Riley.
